The lady I saw was the most polite dentist, the way she spoke was lovely, made me feel so relaxed that I actually enjoyed going to the dentist and I never thought I'd say that.

My appointment time was accurate and the dentist and other dental staff were professional and very good at making me feel at ease. I am a nervous patient so their empathy and understanding is very much appreciated.

Nurses enter the room purely to bring dental instruments but this can be avoided whilst you are in the dental chair, this is no problem at all. Please ask your dentist to ensure you are not disturbed, this is something we routinely do. Once again thank you and we look forward to seeing you again.

Everyone was very helpful

On our visit the dentist was running late and everyone was very helpful. I am diabetic and staff provided me with something to eat so I didn't have to cancel and make another appointment.

Saw new dentist as mine I'd seen for some years had left. I was a bit anxious but needed not to have been. Saw Jacob what a polite, gentle young man he was. Put me and my grandson at ease straight away
