Dental appointment
When I turned up for my appointment they couldn't find me on the system even though I had appointment card . I was re booked . Lady in front of me had serious gum infection they said to come back in a month. No compassion.

No problems, was a bit nervous as our previous dentist has now left and went back to a previous dentist that I wasn't keen on but on this occasion I have no complaints, thanks.
