My experience
Great service yesterday, the dentist was very thorough and caring and was able to repair my chipped tooth that had been previously repaired. However I am VERY dissatisfied with the first repair of my chipped tooth. I was told by the emergency therapist that it was guaranteed for a year and could be replaced FOC if it came off. I was told yesterday that this is not the case and that is only true if a dentist repairs it. Had I have known that at the time I would have waited for an appointment with a dentist. I was NOT told it was just a patch-up. I was given misinformation (my dentist yesterday told me I’m not the only patient that has been told that) and I believe I have a right to ask for a refund as I was mis-sold the service I received.

My experience
Very long waiting times for NHS patients between appointments. The car parking situation is terrible, having to park far away. Waiting area is very small and just enough seats. Staff are very friendly. Flexibility with appointment times is good, if the dates work out.

My experience was one of the best, the dentist was gentle, talked to me all the time, overall excellent. I would like to see him again because most of the time I never get to see the same one more than twice or maybe three times.

Staff always friendly but very professional. Visited for routine check up. Everything was explained to me and I was given time to ask questions throughout the examination. All concerns were addressed and I felt relaxed throughout. Excellent service given.

Looked after well
I’m impressed with the whole appointment, looked after well. The only thing that’s got worse is years ago you had a clean in with check up but now it’s always deep clean and a whacking charge!
