I was made to feel comfortable
The whole experience was very fast. I was made to feel comfortable and so was my young son who was watching. I also felt that I saw a more experienced dentist than in the past. (Not sure if this was the case or not)

I attended the dentist recently to have a tooth extracted. I was very nervous and anxious I was dreading it. I saw Tim who explained everything in detail about the procedure. I was numbed and before I knew it my tooth was out within 30 seconds. Pretty impressed with the whole visit, Tim was very reassuring and professional.After care instructions were given to me I can honestly say I had no problems what so ever.

Supportive and kind, understanding
Having put off coming due to being frightened by dental care, I booked and saw initially the hygienist. I was made feel at ease by her and her assistant. Everything was explained. Unfortunately I needed a root canal treatment so I then saw the dentist who was just as kind and understanding. I have booked for the next part of my treatment and although I am already anxious I know that they will be just as supportive and kind. Thank you.
