My experience

Good dentist. I don’t like the practice’s constant upselling of private services, or the fact that they ask you to sign to say you're happy with the treatment before you’ve even seen the dentist.

My experience

As far as I was aware this appointment was for a filling which had cracked. On arrival I was informed it included measurements and a review of my hygiene due to gum disease. News to me. The original appointment had to be rescheduled on 3 separate occasions after being cancelled by the dentist, including the hygienist, before it was completed today. I was “told” what I needed to do rather than advised and when I was “told” to arrange a check up I was told my usual dentist only did private work which I cannot afford.

Very grateful

Fitted me in last minute, was in so much pain. Not registered there either. Very helpful staff and lovely dental nurse. Was very grateful!!
