I felt relaxed and had no concern that I was at the dentist as I know some people are reluctant to go to the dentist over fear. I know that I have seen other different staff and they have been just the same.

Excellent dental practice, quick and caring, I saw Anwen and she is so good at her job, she explains everything and puts you at ease, I'm normally terrified of dentist. Hope she stays there for many more years to come.

By far the best
All the people who work at the dentist are lovely. They put you at ease straight away. I have seen quite a few dentists over the last 30 years, and these are by far the best.

Dental appointment
Nice Dentist, but I was in agony for a week owing to the ineffective treatment, took me an age to get a suitable cancellation, when I did get one they wanted to charge me again so I had to wait for a spot with the original dentist. In effect, it cost me 22 for a mouthwash. However, the 2nd visit was great.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have been in dental pain. The NHS charges apply when the appointment is graded as urgent. The dentist informed you there would be an urgent charge of band 1 to which you declined treatment and requested to see the original dentist. I can see how this may have been frustrating as prolonged your discomfort but after informing you of the NHS banding system it was your choice to wait to see a different dentist. We are pleased treatment has been completed and we look forward to seeing you at your appointment.
