The service was excellent
Today I needed an emergency appointment, which I got for 1230. The service was excellent. A thorough examination including an x-ray. Guidance was written down for me. I was given several toothpaste samples and a prescription. Both the dentist and her assistant were professional, listened and explained clearly.

The dentist was very kind
I was very nervous and the dentist was very kind and put me at ease.
His calm demeanour and kind words mean I won't be as nervous again.
Service was very professional with so much slack being cut for an extremely nervous patient.
From never wanting to go to a dentist ... I feel ok about future treatment.
I can't underestimate how nervous I was .. in tears, gripping the chair .. tensed up .. and being a mouth breather struggling to breathe through my nose ...
The dentist saw and heard. And gave me a couple of seconds to get myself back to concentrating on nose breathing. I can't thank them enough

A lovely new set of teeth
As I live in a care home and could not physically get to my dentist they put me onto your dentist who obligingly came out to see me. I wasn't waiting long for them to come and see me. I needed some new dentures and six weeks later I now have a lovely new set of teeth. They were very good and also very respectful. I felt comfortable. Thank you to the staff who came out to see me.
