Emergency appointment best care ever

I had an emergency appt here... my dentist retired some 10 years or more & I'm terrified .. the dentist I saw was aware of this put me at ease I had the best care ever. I can't thank her enough.

Would not go anywhere else

I developed a fear of going to the dentist after a very bad experience with a former practice, but Michael makes me feel at ease and is a wonderful dentist. I still feel a bit nervous every time but I would not go anywhere else now.

Dental appointment

I have had numerous cancelled appointments, followed up by threats to charge me or take me off the books. Really inconvenient when I've arranged childcare for my 8 month old baby.

Thank you for your feedback. On looking at your details the practice has only had to re-arrange one appointment due to clinics changing which is out of our control. We have in no way made threats to remove you, this is not practice policy. If a patient is due treatment to be completed we send reminders to book an appointment to complete this. We apologies if you did not appreciate this reminder however it is practice policy. If you wish to discuss this further please contact the practice direct.
