My first time at your practice, and your amazing team made me so relaxed and safe, I'm 58 and never been seen so quickly, nothing worse than sitting waiting when you're nerves are about to explode, looking forward to my treatment now, but I am really terrified

On time, nice staff

A thorough but painless examination. All staff were friendly and efficient. The surgery was clean. Only are for improvement would be the waiting area.

I was in pain having fillings replaced and I did say this but was ignored. I have one tooth that is causing me pain if I accidentally bite anything on it. And I'm there for using my front teeth to chew. Being recently diagnosed with sjogren's syndrome, I don't produce saliva which is having a significant impact on my teeth, but they have all become so painful to the point that I just want them gone, probably because of the lack of understanding of the effects of sjogren's and the risk of me going into adrenal crisis having also been diagnosed, and can be triggered by pain and stress, led to me needing more steroids today to keep me out of hospital. Disappointed to learn my regular dentist who knows all about my health issues, and has been interested, particularly with the brain tumour, but is now doing private care. I had to take ill health retirement from a job that i loved, but I was repeatedly misdiagnosed. Over the years this has built a guard, and I don't easily trust Doctors or imaging, so feeling a bit let down. I think it would have been kinder to keep patients already under his care on the NHS, and had new patients privately

I am pleased with the service. The staff are always friendly and professional. I rang earlier than scheduled as my tooth broke when eating. I was concerned, not wanting it to become infected. So I rang and staff rearranged my appointment so I could get my tooth looked at, felt a bit anxious as I could feel my tooth, broke sharp edge. Thankfully it was not as bad as I thought it was. But nevertheless it could be problematic if left too long. It put my mind at ease to be able to get my tooth checked. Unfortunately these things happen. But it's good to be able to been seen at such short notice. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant filling done on a front tooth blends in perfectly a good job very happy with the result professional job done may have another one repaired now.

Lovely staff, everything explained so I understood. Waiting time was minimal. Great appointment thanks.
