Everybody was really friendly
I'm quite nervous about the dentist and even though I was going to need some work done everybody was really friendly which made me far more relaxed.

Amazing, caring and understanding
I always ask for someone understanding of my fears, especially when I attend family apps with my daughter. Everyone so far has been amazing, caring and understanding. No one makes me feel silly at being scared. Highly recommend.

Recent dental appointment
My dentist was fantastic with my daughter and myself so very sad to see him go.
The receptionist very unproffesional as i didnt have on me my proof of working tax credit card i said i would call in with it. She progressed to make it a major issue and involved her neighbouring collegue on how to keep it inyour purse !

We have to see proof of exemption at each visit (unless you are in a course of treatment), we don't save this information as patients circumstances can change, therefore all our receptionists are required to ask to see proof. Keeping the exemption details in your purse is a suggestion to help patients have the right documents when attending for their dental treatment. It ensures all the paperwork is completed in full and correctly. Apologies if you took offense to this, it was not our intention.

She was so gentle
I would like to thank the lady or should I say the dentist that did my teeth yesterday as I have a really bad fear of dentists from when I was a child she was fantastic at pulling my teeth and I had 2 pulled and nearly 50 years old but no problems have I had, she was so gentle.
