Recent dental appointment

First meeting was very early in a morning, the dentist was 20 minutes late and never apologised. I was only called in after I complained and he was messing around with others behind the reception. I was called in 20 mins late and was in the seat for about 1 minute before being told to come back for another meeting.

We are sorry you had a little wait for your appointment, we always try our best to run on time but on some occasions this cannot be avoided due to treatment plans changing and/or emergency patients that we see for example. Reception is where the administration of patient referrals take place, which could be a reason for running late. The kindest, gentlest, dentist

I have always been frightened of the dentists until i joined the Dinnington practice, I have the kindest, gentlest, dentist in Dr Gama. The practice keep you with the same dentist so you build up a good rapport.

Dental appointment

Going to the dentist can be a bit traumatic but the practitioners I have had over the years have made it more comfortable. Mr. Gamo has been my dentist since he came to the practice and I will really miss him.

Very happy customer

My dentist, Michael, puts me at ease with his friendly manner. He has sorted out my dental problems and has given me more confidence. He is the best I have ever had, giving me advice and information all the time. Very happy customer.

I've been going to this dentist all my life

I've been going to this dentist all my life even when it was Mr Kilners. I am now 59 I think this says it all, thank you.

Recent dental appointment

It would have been a 5 but I asked the dentist if I should have a deep root canal or extraction but he wouldn't recommend any, he just said I've got two choices.
