Very calm and welcoming

It is a very calm and welcoming surgery, top marks to the dentist I saw yesterday, he introduced himself and his assistant which made me feel at ease. I am a very nervous and still slightly frightened person but he explained what he was doing and why it needed doing. Would recommend anyone to use your dental practice.

Very good dentist

The dental practice and staff are excellent, having in the past a fear of the dentist had stopped me from having any work done. But I find the dentist I have is very good at his job and sympathetic to the needs of my wife who suffers from a disablement.

Recent dental appointment

Overall my experience at the dentist over the past few years has been really good. Booking is easy and the reminder service is good. With the dentist that I had yesterday I didn't enjoy the experience at all. Although he was professional, he wasn't personable at all. He didn't ask if I was ok, check if I had any recent pains etc (although he did the questionnaire on the iPad) but he wasn't warm at all. I would expect to be put at ease but the dentist yesterday went through my exam although he was a robot! Talking fast not explaining what he was doing and basically I felt like I was rushed in, sped through the process and thrown back out before I could even speak to him. In the future I will be requesting to see a different dentist as I didn't enjoy this at all.

Dental appointment

The girls on reception set the tone for the visit to the dentist, warm friendly and extremely efficient which continues into the treatment room. All in all as pleasant experience as it could possibly be.
