So affable, professional and gentle

The receptionists are very friendly. My dentist Amy is always so affable, professional and gentle. Generally my appointments are on time. The waiting room is pleasant with relaxing music. There is nearby off road parking.

Calm and assuring

Dental appointment

Friendly staff. Dentist explained everything very clearly. Amazed that X-ray ready immediately. Also teeth cleaner than by my previous dentist (another) practice. Where I thought I'd lost enamel I find there's a lovely shiny tooth! Thanks.

Brilliant with my father

My father suffers from dementia and had to have a tooth removed. The dentist was brilliant with him fully explaining the procedure and praising him throughout.

Dental appointment

My score was based on time keeping.
May be less appointment should be booked in a day as my last two or three appointments have been running late not just by five or ten mins 25 mins plus late is unacceptable for me as I am a busy person and have been made late several times

I am sorry that you have been kept waiting at two of your appointments. Keeping to time is a priority for us, but sometimes clinicians have unexpected treatment difficulties or last minute emergency patients booked in that result in unavoidable delays. Unfortunately these delays do affects those patients waiting, our reception staff have been trained to ensure these patients are kept fully informed and updated about the duration of the delay. I apologise if this did not happen in your case.
