Lovely reception staff, dentist took time to listen to me. Been a patient for many years and really happy with service.

I would recommend Victoria . She is very kind, caring and excellent at her job.

As a nervous patient understanding and empathy are important and Victoria is a credit to her profession and the practice.

Always really friendly staff, try and fit me in asap when I'm in pain. I've seen 2 different dentists. ladies, and both have been brilliant with me as I have bad panic attacks. I've been scared of the dentist for years but Dinnington are the best, thank you so much.

All staff are very pleasant and willing to help. My dentist Victoria is very pleasant and explains all alternatives of what to do next. My Wife when she was alive had Alzheimer's and they were very kind and patient with her. It is a top dentist.

Quick service, no hanging about.

Tasted injection fluid felt faint and had palpitations. My mouth was pulled and stretched that much I had puss like cracks either side of mouth clearly visible to see. X-ray done quite distressed by this procedure. Impression tray cram packed with paste which caused me to wretch - distressed again. Next day came in with puss on both sides of mouth dentist said it must be cold sore because I was run down (time of year I was told) cold sores which I've never suffered from. I never had them before my appointment. Dentist said it's nothing that we've done. Clearly it is I thought. Came back to have temporary crown fitted which only lasted 3 days and yesterday I went to have the crown fitted in my opinion a very poor fit it feels very big rough and stands proud against the other teeth it's quite noisy or so when I'm eating I cannot floss properly between that crown and my next tooth down I don't feel as if I can put pressure on it so I have been back for a second opinion and I do not wish to be seen by the original dentist that carried out the work I am being seen in a couple of weeks by the head clinician!!! All in all in wasn't a pleasant experience and I don't mind going to the dentist normally but this has put me off.

Very professional service. Always get clean and polish as part of NHS treatment unlike other dentists.

I would like to say that the dentist I saw was great! He has reinstalled my confidence in attending the dentist. I would like to see the same dentist every time I attend.

Considering the amount of work that needed doing and will probably continue needing repairing and rebuilding after my falls, ALL of the staff have made me feel comfortable and listened to even when I'm having a molar extracted from my lower jaw.
I've not only recommended the practice to friends I have signed up my 3 year old daughter as a patient. If that it isn't complete trust in the abilities and caring nature of everyone I've had the privilege of seeing I don't know what it is.

Always friendly, never feel uncomfortable, everyone understanding of nervousness.

Overall a good service and didn't have to wait too long to be seen .

I was impressed with the speed, efficiency and thoroughness with which I was served both by the receptionists and the dentist. The paperless system appears to be working.

It was very good.Though I had only a checkup booked, I had a broken tooth. After my checkup, Bilal arranged for a colleague to do the repair without me having to make another appointment. She did a great job. Very impressive service. Thank you.

Very modern, clean and well organised from the automated reminders to the excellent, professional reception staff. My particular dentist is the best I've ever had who's emphasis on self care makes me feel that no unnecessary work would ever be done and all work that has been done has been first class. I've recommended this practice many a time and even though it is around 10 miles away from my home I don't consider the distance a factor.
