Child safety as a matter of course
What stood out for me was child safety as a matter of course. I was in the dentist chair and my 5 year old daughter needed the toilet so my 8 year daughter took her. Mr Gamo immediately sensed my apprehension and without asking me asked for the dental nurse to follow them to make sure they were ok. Afte rour appointment has finished while we were paying another dental nurse escorted a child to the toilet and waited outside which shows it is a common practice within the Practice which is brilliant. Certainly gave me peace of mind.

On every visit I find all staff members pleasant, reception go out of their way to help, dentists that I have had treatment have had a good chair side manner and have been approachable with any questions.

Very understanding of my phobias
On 2 occasions I needed emergency appointments and I was seen within a few hours, I can't say the experience was pleasant but everything was done to make me more comfortable and I was reassured all the time, the assistants were very sincere and the dentists very understanding of my phobias and fears of dentists .

Overall - not long before answering calls and once appointment booked follow up appointments are within a reasonable timescale. Dentist was really helpful and talked through all treatment putting at ease.
