How likely are you to recommend this dentist to friends/family if they needed similar care or treatment?

Lots of advice and information

I've been registered at the practice for a couple of years. The receptionists are pleasant and professional, the waiting area is clean and comfortable with lots of advice and information available. The dentists I've seen have been first class especially Natalie. I always feel more like a customer than a patient. The care is very good and the service very professional. My teeth, incidentally, appear to be in good order.

They have never let me down

I have always been extremely pleased with the practice. I have found them to be efficient and professional. I have stayed with them and their predecessors from childhood and am now 64. I have relied all my life on their support when l needed treatment and they have never let me down. I have recommended the practice to my friends and family on many occasions. They have always been happy too.

Always friendly and helpful

Happy with Mr Bilall and his assistant, always friendly and helpful. We are always on time for appointments and never kept waiting by the team. We travel a 24 mile round trip for our treatment but that's OK for the professionalism we receive.
