I’ve been receiving treatment from Bilal for the past few months, attending weekly appointments—and I couldn’t be more grateful. Bilal has truly restored my faith in dentists. As someone who’s had a lifelong fear of dental treatment and avoided it for years, finding a dentist who genuinely understands and supports me has made all the difference.
Bilal has always been kind, patient, and incredibly understanding of my anxiety. His work is outstanding, and for the first time in my life, I’m actually starting to look forward to my dental appointments!

The staff were brilliant
I travelled quite far for an appointment and I would again. The staff were brilliant and to say I was so upset knowing they were going to pull my tooth out, the dentist made me feel at ease. It's a shame you are not taking on new patients as I would travel that far again. Thank you.

Calming and approachable
I found it easy to make an appointment by just walking into the surgery. The reception staff were very cheerful and welcoming. I had filled my questionnaire in online prior to my appointment. I was kept up-to-date of my appointment by text message.
The dentist was very calming and approachable and helped me relax enough to have an x-ray which in the past I have found difficult. He and the assistant were always explaining what they were going to do , asking my permission before touching my face.
I didn't feel rushed.
Over all a very pleasant experience and I will not leave it as long next time.

The man did absolutely well. In fact I am impressed with his service and his assistance. They both did well. I actually thought removing my teeth will be more painful and stressful but the made it easy and fast. Infact my husband loves the way they operate and we can recommend them
