Thank you for your feedback. Dental practices have different procedures. Following an assessment of your treatment needs, some dental practices may ask for the whole payment for your treatment up front, some will ask you to pay after it has all been completed and others may ask you to pay in stages. It has been our practice policy to ask for payment before work is completed since 2013. It also states on the Patient Declaration (PR Form) that you may have to pay the full amount prior to treatment.
