Thank you to all the ladies in reception and in the dental room who helped me with my 3 grandchildren today. Having had to move my car from a once free car park at the side of the chemist to now a no parking area which left me only the street to get my grandchildren out all 3 and under.

Son had two teeth out which is a big thing for someone autistic. The Dentist put him at ease and kept stopping and answering his questions. Went a lot better than expected let’s hope next week it goes well too.

The practise is friendly and makes you feel as ease as you walk in . They have a tendency not to leave you waiting for long in the waiting area which helps as I do not like crowded rooms . My dental surgeon and assistant were brilliant again very friendly and made me feel comfortable which again reduces my nerves . He discussed everything prior to my tooth extraction and my choices . Very gentle on extracting my tooth and I was not aware he had done it 😁😁😁 I could have hugged him as I’d kept my anxiety down to help and was so relieved it was done . Both were so thoughtful and the rapore between them lightened the mood immensely as I was so anxious
