Efficient, courteous
I called in for advice on Monday about a crown which had fallen out, and was given an appointment for Wednesday. Matthew examined the tooth, cleaned it and put a temporary seal on it. He took an x-ray to help with referral for an extraction. He explained all the options open to me and answered all my questions in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner. The service was efficient, courteous and helpful. Thank you to Matthew, his assistant and the reception staff.

Excellent service from the dentist and the nurse. The receptionist went above and beyond with my query for a prescription for my toothpaste. Appointment for my next visit was on time and a time that suited me. Very good all round.

The best dentist I have ever had
Had to wait 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. Other than that excellent service. Reception staff polite and helpful. Victoria, my dentist, is exceptional. Always friendly and takes good care of me. Offers options, checks in regularly that I'm ok, takes great care in the procedure. The best dentist I have ever had

Check up
We were reuniting customers having moved out of the area for a while.
The receptionists were helpful and friendly.
My wife and I saw Victoria for a routine check up. She was very gentle and explained everything and advised on dental work that needed to be done.
She was very knowledgeable and professional and a lovely person.

We were returning customers after living away for five years.
We found the receptionist very friendly and helpful.
We saw Victoria, who is a lovely, gentle dentist. She explained everything carefully and gave advice as to any treatment needed.

Thorough and clearly explained
Staff very friendly and helpful. There were staffing problems the day I was there and the nurse who was also the practice manager who had stood in couldn't apologise enough for the waiting. Appointment was thorough and things clearly explained.
