The receptionist on the right was more bothered that she had just found out that her car's MOT had expired and she wasn't aware.
The phones weren't working I tried calling but had to go in, as it cut you off after answerphone. I showed the receptionist but she wasn't bothered.

I have taken up the offer of the airflow cleaning but I do wonder if the dentist is on a sales target to push the private side of the practice. At one time stain removal was offered to NHS patients

Nicest dentist I’ve ever been seen by at the surgery.
Some staff need to have a better understanding of patient needs or even issues they may have. I’m personally still recovering from a stroke so a little more help when dealing with the signing in.
