Friendly and respectful
I was seen after calling 111 for an emergency appointment, I called late Sunday night and was seen the following afternoon. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, they were running on time, and I'm really pleased with the work done and care I received. The dentist I saw was really friendly and respectful and made me feel really at ease.

Emergency appointment
I came to this practice following a call to 111 for an emergency appointment. As I arrived I was great by friendly reception staff and didn’t have to wait long before being called through to the dentists room. Once I sat in the chair, I explained the issues I’d been having and I was given a X-ray then was told what my options were. I decided to go through with an extraction.
I was in and out of my appointment in 20 minutes! All done and dusted!
The dentist even showed me my X-ray and my tooth and fully explained why the issues I had were occurring.
The only pain I had was from the injection of the anaesthetic (which is to be expected), other than that I had absolutely no issues! It’s one of the best dental experiences I’ve had!
