Extremely pleased with the treatmen
I was met with a reassuring smile from Mohammed, ( sorry if that is the wrong name,) and felt comfortable and at ease. He explained in detail what treatment was available and I didn't feel at all rushed. I was extremely pleased with the treatment I had, and asked to see the same dentist next time. Thanks as I am usually a nervous patient!

Very thorough throughout
I was called at the appointment time. The dentist made me feel welcome. He asked me about the problem. I explained that a gold crown, which I had brought along, had come away. He told me what my options were. We agreed a solution and he remounted the crown accordingly. He was very thorough throughout the procedure and gave me good advice looking forward.
The dentist and receptionist were first class.

Lovely dentist
My dentist is so lovely, gentle, friendly, helpful and explains everything so that I can understand, all brilliant, thank you. It's taken a while to get a regular one that is as patient and understanding since Ms Fitzharris retired as she was so kind and always used numbing gel as I was petrified since a very bad experience years ago at a previous dental clinic

Calm and relaxed
Reception desk staff are helpful and clear whether making an appointment, signing forms or paying for treatment.
Dentists, hygienists and staff are all calm and help you feel relaxed. They explain things in an understandable manner and answer any questions you have.
