Very child friendly
Had to book my appointment very far in advance and had forgotten some of the details, as such that my son was with me too. No reminder for that. However, on the day they had a cancellation, moved it forward and reminded me my son was with me, however, he had been a few weeks earlier for another checkup so I asked if he still needed to come and told he would need to. Arrived on time to my appointment and there was still a wait. I then learned my son didn't need to come as I had suspected because of his previous visit. The appointment was completed very quickly and the dental staff were very child friendly and polite and professional throughout.

Went for a chipped tooth, very kind receptionist and dentist got right to it and gave me 3 options on what I could have done and stuck with what I chose would recommend to anyone with an emergency appointment

Very thorough and informative, and always made sure I wasn’t in any pain. A lot better process than I thought it would be, I was quite frightened It would be painful but everything done to ensure this was not the case. Lovely friendly people
