Friendly staff, my whole family are registered with this practice, my grandchildren have no problem going to the dentist as they are made to feel safe and show no nerves, great place, would not go anywhere else

They take time to explain
Warm welcome and ask how you feel. They take time to explain what they are going to do for you. Explain each procedure and tell you to alert them if you are not comfortable.
The only thing that worries me is the payment. It's too expensive. If something can be done about it.
