Friendly, polite and professional
My family and I have been regular patients here at Park Dental for around thirty years, my family still attend as adults from being toddlers.
Not one of us would ever consider going elsewhere.
All the staff and dentists are friendly, polite and professional at all times always giving quality service.

I have been going to the dentist for the past few years and the one thing l love besides the service is the smiles from the friendly staff that welcomes you and makes you feel at ease. They are friendly, helpful and understanding staff. I love the new service they have where you meet one of their staff and they teach you about what’s safe to eat and what you can do to change unhealthy habits so you can have good oral hygiene and habits. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience
The hygienist was as good as ever. She engaged, explained and talked through what she was proposing to do. That was a rewarding experience.
The dentist was, I felt, rather cursory, with little customer-awareness. Park Dental Care used to convey its core values as working in partnership with patients. I always considered that I was informed of what was happening to my teeth and general mouth health. After the last 2 appointments I feel I'm experiencing the conveyor-belt approach. I don't like it and I'm minded to reconsider the service on offer.

I have discussed your review with the Dentist concerned. He is extends his apologies if you felt the appointment was in anyway rushed. However, he also respectfully considers that each patient is allocated a specified amount of time for their appointment. With the difficulty of anticipating individual patient needs, Dentists do have to mindful of time to prevent disorganisation of their schedule; we always endeavour to see ALL patients in a prompt and timely manner. He is happy to discuss any concerns or questions at your next appointment.

I think being more prompt with appointment timings. You arrive early to be seen on time, to only be seen 10-15 mins later and this is the 2nd time.
