Extraction
I had a very painful toothache and was seen within 2 hours of my phone call. The extraction was completed within 15 minutes and I was extremely grateful!

My experience
Felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Reception staff were sat on worktops and mainly non communicative, I felt like I was keeping them and they had somewhere else to be. Felt rushed when I saw the dentist, they were cleaning up whilst he was feeding back to me (which was very short and rushed). Poor service all round, I hate going there.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the anonymous nature of your review I am unable to investigate further. However, It’s disappointing to hear about your experience as we strive to deliver exemplary patient care. I am sorry that you feel that our standards fell short on this occasion.
We endeavour to continually improve our service and with this in mind, I would encourage you to contact the practice directly to elaborate on your experience. This would then enable us to flag training needs and discuss how can improve at our next monthly practice meeting.
I would like to take this opportunity to highlight that our Nurses follow a strict decontamination protocol at the start and end of each session and in-between each patient. Time allowed to carry out this cleaning has to be factored into the working day.

As always the service received at Park Dental Care was exemplary.
As always, the service received at Park Dental was exemplary.
The receptionist was so friendly, and I was greeted with a smile and a great welcome ( my appointment was 9 am, so I would understand if staff were not quite in the zone ). Not so, though the 2 ladies were brilliant. This appointment was with Amy and her assistant for a hygiene check. I can’t speak highly of them both. I was again greeted with smiles, and we had great conversations about holidays and grandchildren! i didn’t feel rushed in any way, and I always feel completely at ease. Amy, as always, is a great ambassador for the organisation. Thanks again to all at Park Dental

I always have a good experience at park dental practice. The staff are amazing. I have always been scared of dentist since I was a child. Now I am comfortable going.
Always kind and friendly they put my at ease and in my experience are extremely good at their work.
I would highly recommend them. My husband and I have regular 6 monthly check ups and are always satisfied
