My experience
Dentist has a poor customer service, speaks down to you, doesn’t listen, asks the same questions every time you visit, surely he has these notes on his records. All he seems bothered with is sending you to the dental hygienist to get more money out of you. If there wasn’t a shortage of dentists I would think he wouldn’t get any patients.

Whilst some questions may appear repetitive in nature, they do need to be asked at every visit to ensure your records remain accurate. Examples include:
-Changes to medical history
-Problems/concerns since last visit
-Current hygiene and dietary habits
An assessment of your gum health will indicate whether or not a visit to the Hygienist is recommended.
If you require further clarification, please contact the practice directly.

Great
I came in for a scale and polish recently and as always Amy and her assistant were absolutely great. They were so friendly and put me completely at ease. My teeth felt brilliant when I came out. I have never left a review before but would like to say after being a customer here for many years the overall service I receive from the receptionists, dentists and hygienists is first class.
Amy has been the constant throughout and is a great ambassador for your organisation.

Root canal treatment
I saw Luke at my appointment and was a bit apprehensive as I was having root canal treatment. I didn't know what to expect but Luke talked me through it and explained it all. The treatment went as I expected. Very good.
