My appointment was as scheduled. The hygienist and her assistant were very pleasant and informative. They kept me aware of what was to happen and gave me instructions about what to do if I was having difficulty.

After loosing all confidence in NHS dentist ( My dentists ) I joined this practice as a private patient . They were recommended by my husband who joined after not setting foot in a dentist for years ! His mouth was a mess and he was so nervous . He came home so happy and said she was so gentle and filled him with confidence .
He was right , have never had such good dental care in my life ! Would definitely recommend The practice

My experience
I am a very nervous person when visiting the dentist and don’t feel like this is taken into consideration on my visits. I don’t feel at ease and it’s never explained what they are going to do at the particular visit. There are no pleasant goodbyes just “You’re done, see you next time”.

The Reception staff are kind, respectful, friendly and efficient and Luke Parfitt is a highly skilled and professional dentist. I'm very happy at this practice. His cosmetic work and bite analysis are perfect and show a high level of expertise.

Dental practice with expert knowledge and understanding of treating patients with heart conditions and the imperative antibiotic cover. Very impressive state of the art equipment and dental services. Pre and post care are excellent. I highly recommend this practice. I recently needed an emergency appointment which was provided on the same day. Antibiotics for pre op and post op were on site, after care pack and information sheet were given to me to take home and I received a telephone call the morning after to check everything was ok. This is extraordinary practice and anbove and beyond what one would expect. This is the best Dental practice I have ever had. Thank you particularly to my brilliant dentist Sama Qasim and your equally lovely colleagues
