Gemma was very pleasant, and did a sterling job at my scale and polish.
But I was very shocked at the charge of £90. It took all of 15-20 mins, if your charges are set to rise twice a year then what will it be next year?

Shows great empathy
My dentist is aware of my anxiousness and fear about dental treatment etc but he shows great empathy and understanding towards my situation which gives me great comfort and confidence when he is treating me.

A bit nosey!
I wish the nurse had kept her mask over her mouth and nose throughout the procedure, she didn't and was forever touching her nose and then touching the implements she was putting in my mouth. This has never happened before, that's what made me notice. Other than that, the experience was fine.

It is always appreciated when patients attend early rather than late for their appointments. In this instance, it may be that the patient who was seen before you was scheduled to be seen before you and you were seen at your allocated time.
Please also consider that we have several clinics running simultaneously and this patient may have been seeing a different clinician.
With regards to feeling rushed and uncomfortable, please contact the practice directly if you wish the matter to be investigated further.
