I was waiting for 45 minutes only for the dentist to ignore my issue and tell me it was a wisdom tooth coming through, even though the wisdom tooth in that part has already been removed, constantly pushing private treatment options on me instead of allowing me access to NHS treatment which I'm entitled to.

Thank you for your feedback.
Due to the unpredictability of individual patient needs, the Dentist occasionally requires more than the allotted time slot allocated to each patient. Whilst we endeavour to be prompt, these instances will inevitably occur. As a practice we can only apologise that you experienced a delay. However, we are sure that you can appreciate that occasional lateness is difficult to predict and plan for. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Whilst it is inappropriate to comment on an individual patient's dental history on a public forum, with regards to NHS and private treatment options we have a duty of care to offer patients ALL available choices. Ultimately, it is then the patients decision as to which treatment plan they wish to proceed with. The financial limitations of NHS Dentistry mean that some options are only available on a private basis. Patients must be informed of ALL treatment options so that they may then make an informed decision.
Overall, how was your experience of our service?
