Gentle & kind

Safa is a fab dentist. Gentle & kind & put me at ease when I’m always a bit anxious. She explains what she’s doing & gives lots of support & advice. (I don’t know why I get so anxious when I rarely need any treatment!) I was worried when my last dentist left but had no need to be as Safa is as good.

My dentist Saffa is very professional, understanding & helpful, she is the Best dentist I have had. The reception staff are always pleasant. I did notice the building needs a makeover, painting, modernization & cleaning. The dentists room is clean as it should be.

The practice is very professional which can come across quite cold and not too friendly but who wants to be at the dentist long?!
The surgeon is quite rough when cleaning but could be worse

The hygienist, always does a great job. Didn’t like being threatened with an extra £20 fee though by the receptionist just because I had to cancel late due to having norovirus! Been a private patient for at least 20 years too…

We appreciate your positive feedback regarding our Hygienist. We do have a written policy displayed around the practice in regards to a possible fee for any cancellations within a certain time frame of your scheduled appointment.
