My teeth are in good hands

I’ve had a wonderful experience today, if you can say that about a visit to the dentists!! From the moment you go in, the reception staff are friendly. I have known Sally for a long time, but she is the perfect person to be on reception. A perfect mix of being bubbly, whilst also being professional. I visited Amy Wilkinson who is always lovely. She treats me with the utmost care and attention, to ensure I am comfortable. Fantastic tips on hygiene. Sama Qasim was my dentist today and I was really impressed with her. She gave me a fantastic MOT and very good advice. She is warm and friendly. I left feeling that my teeth are in good hands. Thank you.

I was waiting at least 20 minutes past my appointment time.
Previous visit was 10 minutes late.
They always used to be so prompt, with 2 minute wait after turning up.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the anonymous status of your response, I am unable to access your records.

Due to the unpredictability of individual patient needs, the Dentist occasionally requires more than the allotted time slot allocated to each patient. Whilst we endeavour to be prompt, these instances will inevitably occur. As a practice I can only apologise that you have experienced this on two occasions. However, I am sure that you will appreciate occasional lateness is difficult to predict and plan for. Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

What stood out for me? Well your staff are wonderful, from walking in I was greeted warmly & professionally. After I filled out my form I was asked to wait for a short period before being called to the surgery. I love that I have seen Luke; my dentist on every occasion. I have 100% trust in my dental team. They are always kind, nice, reassuring. When it comes to my actual dental work I am of the opinion that I have the BEST dentist in the U.K.. Park Dental has done so much for me & I'm grateful for the fantastic treatment I’ve received over a number of years.
