Gentle, friendly

The hygienist Katie was very professional and also very gentle, she explained what she was doing step by step and was very friendly.
The dentist Khaliq was also very professional, friendly and was very thorough, he explained what he was doing and also explained what he thought was advisable as treatment without being pressurised.
