The staff were very friendly.
They were very understanding and approachable as it was my child's first dentist appointment.

Excellent hygienist

The whole team are efficient and competent surrounded by a pleasant friendly approach. The hygienist who treated me was excellent and explained what was being done throughout.

My experience

I find the actual dentist quite rude. I was booked in for a check-up but as I need an extraction, none of my other teeth were checked. Since this dentist has taken over from the previous one who retired, my teeth have never been cleaned. My son, who has autism is so frightened by the manner of the dentist, despite me advising the practice of his autism on the medical forms I fill in each time the dentist shows no compassion or care. It really disappoints me to write this as the previous dentist was such a kind and caring man.

Unfortunately as we can't identify yourself or the Dentist you saw for your appointment we are struggling to do so. Always very accommodating and reliable

Since previous long term dentist Darren retired we’ve been seeing Safa - she is very friendly so makes you feel at ease, thorough in her examinations and treatments and offers continuing guidance and advice re oral matters. Really pleased with her involvement and service.
Receptionists and nurses always very accommodating and reliable.
The only negative is the physical environment in waiting areas look tired.
