My experience

I was refused treatment at a recent appointment for being late, even though as far as I was concerned it was right time. I was apparently sent email with different time to one I had on my calendar but I went to appointment today and was 13 mins late getting in for my treatment, it works both ways but I was pleased with treatment I had which was a filling.

Great dentist

Tariq is an exceptional dentist in my opinion. He is not only excellent in his dentistry but a very friendly person and very caring of his patients with regard to the process. He explained everything about my treatment so that I would not be phased by the procedure. He has given me advice with regard to a tooth that needed removing and what the health dangers were in the tooth staying in situ. I feel very comfortable with his decisions and his work ethic. Great dentist - nice man.

Very good service

Very friendly staff who know me by name. Clean tidy surgery and went in on time for my treatment. They always send reminder for next appointment. All very good service.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that fees are decided by our head office on a nationwide basis and are in line with other private Dental Practices. I would advise that you review the fees of other practices to confirm this.

On the date of your visit you cancelled your appointed Hygienist visit. This would usually incur a Short Notice Cancellation Fee of £22 but as a gesture of good-will this charge was wavered; the practice has paid for the lost time on this occasion. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations.
