The staff are absolutely brilliant. However, the managers who own the practice seem so far removed from what people expect. My appointment was cancelled allegedly by me, which it wasn’t. The new phone system won’t allow anyone to track who cancelled it. And the new phone system is a total nightmare. The web site doesn’t reflect the true opening hours nor does it say they close for lunch

I am treated so well, so kindly
I am a very nervous dental patient; this goes back to childhood and I guess there is a bit of PTSD involved. I have always gone to the dentist but always hated going to the point at one time I needed medication.
I have had an absolute turnaround at Prime, I am treated so well, so kindly and respectfully that it has restored my confidence and faith in dentists/ dentistry.
Dr. Kyrgiannis is fantastic; I cannot recommend him, his dental nurse or staff enough - I am met with a friendly hello, I am referred to by name and everything is explained and time taken to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
The surgery is always spotless with adequate and comfortable chairs in reception.
I have never had to wait one minute past my allocated appointment time. I would give Dr Kyrgiannis 5 gold stars every time!
