So kind, polite and respectful
From the moment you open the door, you are greeted with a lovely smile and a hello, how are you today by the receptionist Beth, such a lovely young lady, so kind and polite and respectful to me. Beth is the backbone of the dentist surgery, the dental nurses are so happy and friendly too, I've forgotten all the names and I apologise for it, but Sophie you are a star and the new lady, I'm sorry I forgot your name, but she is lovely too, all are so helpful and kind, then Ed my dentist, fantastic young man who puts you at ease, explains everything to you and makes you relaxed and lets you know what will be happening, such a fantastic dentist, so polite and helpful and friendly, what more could you ask for? So a great big thank you so much to you all for today, I go in and they make me smile, so big thumbs up to Ed, Sophie new dental nurse, and not forgetting Beth, what a super star you are, well done to you all, if you need a dentist please go there at Prime Dental at Maltby, you will come out with new friends, thank you so much for today.

A thorough examination
Having problems over the weekend. Called Prime Dental, Beth the receptionist was very friendly & helpful managing to book me a cancellation.
My dentist was on holiday but was seen by Thomas who immediately put me at ease giving me a thorough examination & advice.
