Overall very good
Excellent service from Dr Khalili & his assistant. My only slight criticism is that the lady on the desk virtually whispers (& there always seems to be 2-4 people behind her talking all the time which compounds the issue) so for people hard of hearing (only slightly in my case, but far more so in my 80 year old Mothers case who is also a patient there) I can never hear what she is saying!

We do have a busy reception and don't always want to raise our voices as I'm sure you understand some information is sensitive. If there is ever a case you are struggling to hear we can always have a discussion in surgery or somewhere quieter and more private.

Enjoy going to see my dentist, he always got a smile & we have a chuckle about the fact I’ve given him nothing to do or how can he pay the bills if I’ve no work needed.
