Excellent service
I was greeted by the receptionist in a friendly manner and asked to take a seat. After a short wait, the dental nurse collected me from the waiting room and I was greeted, by name, in the consulting room. I was asked if I had experienced any problems since my last check-up before Dr Khalili commenced his examination. Dr Khalili advised that I had build up of plaque which would be the cause of some bleeding I had experienced. He said he would perform scale and I may experience some discomfort, however this was not the case. Advice given on how to try and prevent excessive build up of plaque.

Tooth repair
I had a broken tooth and was waiting for a scheduled appointment which was about 6 weeks due to the practice being busy. Managed to get a cancellation after 2 weeks., On attendance the repair was more complicated, but the dentist still fitted me in and completed it. Many thanks to all the team at Maltby on the day.

I have been coming to this practice since it opened and each time I visit is a pleasure. ( well as much as it can be when you go to the dentist) nice pleasant surgery. All the staff are friendly and polite and the dentists and hygienists are brilliant

Great practise
I only needed a check up but it was very easy. Made to feel welcome and comfortable. Had X-rays taken first, felt that was reassuring.

My husband and I visited this dentist this morning for the first time. Our treatment was brilliant from start to finish. Upon arrival greeted by the best receptionist yet at Prime Dental, very helpful with sorting my son and daughter's appointments out. Thomas as always brilliant, just like my Prime Dental dentist Jenny, I hope you don’t move Thomas on like you did Jenny and you seem to move the receptionist around as well. I don’t know why, anyway Brilliant Prime Dental.
