The lady on the front desk who checked me in, I believe her name was Beth, was ever so polite, got me checked in, the Dentist Thomas was great, talked me through what I needed doing and what the plan was going forward, and then again, Beth on the front desk has booked me in for 4 more visits and accommodated them around my busy work life so everything as a whole stood out, great work!

Took time to explain everything
Edward Stock took time to explain everything on my first visit and took care in putting me at ease as am an anxious person with the dentist, after a bad experience. Hopefully my faith is a little restored now.
