Just had peri scale & polish with Liz done over 2 appointments numbing my mouth and doing half my mouth on each Appointment.
I have to say Liz is the MOST AMAZING Hygienist I have EVER had. She is an expert in her field, does NOT hurt and is the ultimate professional but yet pleasant and approachable.
I wouldn't want any other Hygienist apart from Liz!

Nice friendly staff and putting me at ease. I have given 4/5 as I would prefer a polish with my scale as that has always been the norm for me at a check up.

I recently arrived late for an appointment due to heavy traffic on M1 only to find that my dentist had left to go home. The receptionist called him and he actually returned to see me as planned.
What a thoughtful man. Amazing service and much appreciated.
However if the reception desk had answered my call to let them know I was running late this would not have happened. I was on the line for 8 minutes and would have thought someone could answer in that time.
Perhaps more staff are required to manage the phones.
