My experience
Dentist was calm, reassuring.
Receptionist, friendly and helpful.
Practice exceptionally clean.
My only concern was that the door did not open until the time of my appointment, it was a cold February day and I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early as I drive, however I was stood outside with an elderly lady who was cold as she had arrived early for her appointment.

I was put at ease
The dentist explained what he was going to do and also what I should do afterwards. I had explained that I was very nervous after the last tooth extraction I had had by a different dentist at this practice as I found that experience traumatic. This time I was put at ease.

Dental check up
Making an appointment was easy and very efficient. The dentist checked and cleaned my teeth, giving me the good news that no further work was needed, most welcome news, thanks to the team.

My experience
Thought after my 9.30 check up app. Thought I had a hygenist app. Only to be told this had been cancelled, even though 3 months ago I was told I needed to see the hygenist. Left totally confused. Suppose its politics & costs of NHS & Private treatment.
