Very impressed

Brilliant to be offered an appointment same day as being called - very impressed! Been on wait list for a while, first appointment done and treatment plan in place. Feeling much better, reassured and not as anxious.

My experience

Nothing particularly. Recetion was friendly as were the dentist (Ed) and his assistant. Two issues really. (1) £70 for a check up and two xrays and I have to go back in 27 days to rectify the filling that fell out recently (put in by this practice not too long ago) so will I have to pay AGAIN ? and (2) Ed's speech was very, very muffled. Yes, I appreciate that he has to speak through a mask, but it was almost unintelligible - seriously. He would really benefit from enunciating much much better. Nice young chap but he really must speak more clearly.

Had a tooth that was causing me bother. Called on 30th Jan and earliest appointment I could get was 7th March, but they put me on a cancellation list. I was called the next day about a cancellation and got seen straight away. Issue was found with my tooth and corrected there and then. Very efficient service.
