Made me feel so at ease

The staff were all very friendly & pleasant, the dentist made me feel so at ease during my appointment, took on board my opinions when discussing treatment to follow and explained what would take place at the following appointments.
The two reception staff were lovely and I left feeling so much better leaving as I was a new patient so I was very nervous.

Prime Dental Practice

The dentist and nurse were professional, explaining what he was going to do also explaining my dental care all the way through my examination, which kept me at ease as I'm a little nervous. Overall a very good quality of care and dentistry however my appointment was delayed by approximately 30.

As a team we do try to keep to time for each patient but unfortunately sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances factors can occur that prevent this from happening. Our reception team do try their best to keep all patients informed of such waits, and updating them on times etc throughout.

Non judgemental and kind.

I was nervous due to not being able to see a dentist for a number of years. From the first phone call to the visit the staff were very nice and helpful. The dentist was also nonjudgemental and kind.
