Cleanliness of the reception area and friendly staff, the dentist (Mass) was thorough and explained every step of the exam, he explained what was required and cost so there were no surprises. Excellent service.

Visited today for routine check-up.
Receptionists are very friendly which helps to put you at ease.
Mass the dentist and his nurse were warm and friendly too.
The whole practice is very clean too.

Absolutely brilliant dentist!
Absolutely brilliant dentist! I tend to put off going to the dentist but since being with Prime Dental, there's no need.
Very gentle and very patient.
Highly recommended.

So good with my 4 year old
Never seen the dentist before who we have just seen but wow! He was amazing! Was so good with my 4 year old who has never let a dentist look at her teeth properly but he took his time with her and let her see the instruments and she let him have a proper look at her teeth with no tears! We both left very happy! Me without a crying child and her with her princess sticker, so sorry I didn’t catch his name!

We all have to use a dentist at some time or other, and to be honest, prime is the best one I have visited over my many years on this earth. The staff are very friendly and offer a confident approach to reassure you on your visits. You are put at ease by the manner in which you are treated from the receptionist to the dentist and assistant. Long may they remain locally

Decent practice which has NHS dentists but does seem to cancel a lot of appointments at short notice which upsets the customers.
