The dentist, Mass, was very friendly and welcoming. He did a thorough examination and explained everything to me. I was very grateful that he also removed a mark for me straight away. Thank you.

Put to my ease straight away

Didn't have to wait long before the dentist called me in.
Was put to my ease straight away as he quietly and gently examined my teeth and mouth in general.

Prime Dental Practice

Arrived for a family appointment with 2 young children 5 minutes before our appointment. We were kept waiting 30 minutes because a lady had missed her appointment (that was about an hour earlier) and they squeezed her in. Instead of asking this lady to wait until after our family appointment they made us wait. My 2 young children were very restless in the waiting room, bored and fed up. When we entered the room no apology was given as to why we were made to wait and no questions asked for the person who missed their appointment to wait till after us. I have never had an appointment that ran on time and when going with young children, it can be difficult trying to entertain them and keep them quiet in the waiting room. Rubbish experience.

As a practice we aim to provide a service on the principle of customer satisfaction. Firstly i would like to apologise for not being seen on time on your appointments, certain factors can occur though out a working day to cause appointment times to run over. However trying to keep young children entertained on these occasions can be hard especially if you came on time for your appointment and on this occasion, someone who has arrived late was seen before you and your family. I can only again apologise and understand how this would have made you feel. To make improvements your feedback has been passed on to our team.
