The dentist walked into the practice at 9.50, my appointment was 9.45 yet I wasn't seen until 9.55. The optics of this don't look good, especially given that no apology was given. I can deal with lateness more easily if I immediately followed another patient as I understand that appointments may run over. However, I didn't see anyone before me so his tardiness came across as unprofessional. Furthermore, he removed the plaque but my teeth were not scrubbed as is usually the case.

My experience
I booked an appointment on the 12/06 for a hole in my tooth, to be seen on 20/07 to be told it will be filled on 24/09. Dissatisfied that it wasn’t filled on 12/06 as specified this when appointment first made.
