An appointment straight away
I got an appointment straight away after explaining I was in pain. The receptionist, dentist and nurse are lovely and kind. No fuss, just straightforward wanting to help me.

I am still quite fearful of visits to dentists after poor care as a child of the seventies when dentist’s could be quite dismissive. Last Thursday was a checkup with Chris Rukay who could not have been more respectful, thoughtful and kind in both his approach to both my physical examination and my mental state. Lovely chap and excellent dentist. Please ask for Chris if you’re nervous in the dentists. Kev Rowney
