As a new patient, there was a lot of information to get used to - pricing wasn't immediately clear as it was on the website (not in print). It would have been useful to have a statement of treatment after the initial assessment. The practice staff have listened to my concerns and been very reassuring. My treatment has been very successful and I am happy with the outcome.
